Due to High levels of poverty, most families do not afford more than one meal a day. Children are not spared from this predicament.

The scourge of HIV/AIDS in Malawi has led to the death of parents leaving children to take care of themselves.

The Growth Center provides food and basic household needs to these families struggling to get by. They also come alongside these children and help with tuition fees and other basic school materials.

Stanley was born and raised in Lilongwe, Malawi, home of The Growth Center. He is currently working on his Master’s degree in Sustainable Communities at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ.
